If there is contradiction of meaning convey, the book prevails.
There are times I might questioning parts of the points inside the book doesn't mean I don't believe it. I need enlightenment on the doubts that I raise.

FOURTH VISIT TO THE PRISON OF HEART-WRENCHING

Narrated by JiGong: There are quite number of people not interested in gainful employment for their own advancement but spend their time in gambling to pass their days. Due to bad contacts, people become useless, squandered their time and thus, lead to series of thefts, robberies and swindlings. Lewdness is most serious as people do not understand the meaning of shame. Some women leave their homes without knowledge of their husbands in order to have sexual enjoyment. This is more or less like the sin of gambling.

Side note: This trip coincide with Hungry Ghost Festival, YangSheng noted many of souls (less sinful ones) in high spirit where the souls (less sinful) enjoying themselves by eating various food offerings and collecting burnt paper money.
