Aim: 82kg

 2019, I manage to reduce my weight from 104kg to 85kg. 

However, I had taken a gap year from further reducing my weight. Thus, resulting in 90.5kg currently.

Now, I am back! I am EAGER to finish my target.

New year resolutions

 Although comes a bit late, here are compilation of my new year resolutions.

1. To fully settled my first housing loan. Still left RM152K. Target Sept 2023. To achieve it, I need to top up additional RM 2500 on my monthly instalment.

2. To resign from my current job after settle both car and housing loan. To achieve it, I need to consider several options (refer to previous posts). Currently enrol as Unit Trust Consultant. Probably accepting my friend's invitation as insurance agent. Or to be a lecturer.

3. To achieve high vibrational condition. To achieve it, I need to remain positive, not to argue over petty things in social medias.

4. Reduce wastage. I need to control wastage in spending unnecessary matters.

5. To control my emotions. To remain calm and collective.

6. To socialise. Starting with my relatives. My bad that I seldom talked with them, only having hi and bye especially during CNY.

7. Reduce weight! Two meals per day. Less sweets.

Challenges faced in my life

Right now I am searching for a new job or if possible, to set up business. The best option is set up business. However, I needed resources/capital.

Few things comes to my mind. There are:

1) Set up plantation - bamboo?

2) Agriculture - vegetables, chilis etc

3) Investment holding company - company to invest 

4) Delivery partner with Lazada/Shopee

Lets view the first option. Is my dream of having bamboo plantation. But I don't have technical know-how. I need to learn and invest my time on it.

Lets go to second option. This one, I have readily available resources e.g. workers, management. However, I need land. I need money. If money is reason, the first option also need money to own a land.

How about third option? Can be set up but I need connections and trust. Set up investment holding is not easy as I need willing customers to park their money for me to invest on their behalf. Furthermore, I need to be qualified fund manager in order to do that. Taking exam and so on. If don't have qualification, can I gain customers' trust? Investing is one of favorite past time but to be make it full time, I need to be sociable and earning commission from such may proof a certain level challenges at a start.

Lastly, the fourth option. I just acquire a van, partner with online platform and the rest should be okay. The challenge is the income earned might be lesser than what I earn right now. Unless I don't have commitment in housing and car. Furthermore, I need to spend a lot time for deliveries, late night deliveries perhaps?

A little kindness ...

In about 15 - 17 years ago, my sophomore year (I think), I am feeling really down, can’t remember what trigger my mood. On way back to Kuching, I ride a plane back home. 

I encounter a lady sat in front of me, seeing the sadness shown in my face, bought a maggi cup and gave to me. I take it. I don’t know whether I got say “thank you” to her or not.

Come to think of it, I am grateful of the little kindness shown by the lady on the plane.

Job opportunities

For the past 1 year, I had received two job opportunities from friends who introduce me on selling their products. I am grateful for that. One is health supplement and another is insurance. Both are health related. Both products currently 'on fire' and popular.

Really really grateful for friends who really spend time with me and provide me job opportunities!

Dear Sister, thank you and sorry

 Dear sister,

Thank you support me all the this while. I know we always quarrel during our young age. I know I didn't treat you well enough as a brother. 

When you in difficult situation, I couldn't help at all. I would like to apologise for that.

Once again, thank you sister for always support me.

Gratitude: 2nd Uncle 二叔

In my childhood years, my uncle will bring me to see my grandpa and grandma during weekend. I still remember he bring me to Sunday markets, bring me for dinner every Saturday nights, buying lottery results on the roadside, and having fried rice near the road side. 

On Sunday morning, he bring me for breakfast together with grandpa and grandma. I had been pampered.

I am forever grateful to have him.
