If I am a chief minister ...

I dream of having a constituent with:-

1) pathway/pavement covered in roof (at least CBD area)

2) less traffic lights, less roundabout, more connected roads/flyovers

3) Less ghost buildings/shophouse. 

4) Littering to be fined RM1000 per item, no negotiation

5) Clean river, no coffee color, ok

6) Trees/plants almost everywhere

7) Resident 100% literacy

8) More parks

Money not enough

Currently re-arrange my spending and priorities.

1) One year two times holiday, one in first half of year, another in second half of year
2) Sort out my credit cards, concentrate on a few

4) Entertainment - have fixed entertainment --> need to entertain myself
5) Pay off debts asap
