Disclaimer:
I am layman Buddhist/pagan.
The summary is based on what I perceive is 'important' in the book.
If there is contradiction of meaning convey, the book prevails.
There are times I might questioning parts of the points inside the book doesn't mean I don't believe it. I need enlightenment on the doubts that I raise.

Visit to the centre of complementary teaching of canonical books

This trip is about rehabilitation of monks and nuns.

The main door is open on the 1st and 15th days of the lunar month. On these two days the Bodhidharma, the Master of the Tao, and the Immortals and Saints come down from the Western Paradise to preach in this hall, and give lessons on practical methods of spiritual perfection to the religious and priests.

Side doors are open in other days.

To summarize, the monks and nuns that skipped, shorten prayers or pronounced the prayers incorrectly when reciting prayers for departed, in requiem masses in order to salvage the defuncts’ souls from unhappy incidents. For each word skipped, they are forced to re-read it a hundred times. They will go on like this until they have finished the Complementary Course. Then, they will be judged according to their pains and merits.

Applicable to those recite for living, receive money for purpose of warding ills. If recite for free, or without any attempt to cheat money, they are excused.
